PAPAL INTENTION – JUNE 2026

Pope’s Intention for June 2026: For the World of Sports. Let us pray that the world of sport may be a means of fostering peace, mutual encounter, and dialogue among peoples and nations, and that it may uphold the values of respect, solidarity, and integral human development.

MAY- MONTH OF THE ROSARY

We invite all indivuduals and families to pray the Rosary this month for the sick, eldery and lonely. May they experience God's comfort, care and find hope in His love.

BECCOT MEETING

There will be a BECCOT meeting on Wednesday, 3 June 2026 at 8.00 pm at St. Giles’ room. All BEC leaders are encouraged to attend.

WOMEN’s DESK

A health talk on “Nutrition for Better Well-being” organised by the Women’s Desk will be held on Thursday, 4 June 2026 at 10.00 am in the St. Giles Room. The session will be presented by Mdm Sue Yee Tan.

All are welcome, light refreshments will be served.

HOLY HOUR, VESPERS, ADORATION AND BENEDICTION

Mass will be celebrated on Friday, 5 June 2026 at 7.30 pm, followed by Holy Hour, Vespers, and Adoration. Parishioners are warmly encouraged to come together in prayer and devotion as we spend time in the presence of the Lord.

THE MOST SACRED HEART OF JESUS, SOLEMNITY

The Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus will be observed on Friday, 12 June 2026. The Rosary will begin at 7.30 pm, followed by Mass. Parishioners are welcome to join in prayer.

NOVENA AND FEAST DAY OF SAINT THOMAS, THE APOSTLE

In conjunction with the 120th Jubilee celebration, a nine-day Novena Masses in honour of our Patron Saint Thomas the Apostle will commence on Saturday, 27 June 2026 and conclude with a Thanksgiving and Confirmation Mass on Sunday, 5 July 2026 in our Parish. All parishioners are warmly invited to pray for the upcoming feast day celebration. Our main theme is: “ST. THOMAS, THE GREATEST SAINT OF ALL TIME”

THE DOMINIC VENDARGON AWARD 2026

The Yayasan Tan Sri Dominic Vendargon (YTDV) offers awards for students in our Parish who have accomplished with outstanding results in:

i) SPM/Cambridge IGCSE /O-Level

ii) SPM/Cambridge IGSCE/O-Level with Bible Knowledge

Those who are eligible, please obtain the application form from the Parish Office.

PARISH’S MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

Many of you regularly contribute to the Parish’s Monthly Subscription. Due to their health concerns, Mr Peter Tan and Mr Tham have decided to take a break. Please visit the office to make your monthly pledge and collect your official receipt. Thank you for your kind contribution, and God bless you.

VOLUNTEERS ARE REQUIRED

The Liturgical Team seeks volunteers such as Lectors, musicians, choir members and other roles to enhance the ministry. Appropriate training will be provided. If you are interested, please contact Ms Christina Alex at 017- 920 5820 and Ms Vanessa Alberto at 019-980 3998.
